Mon lunch- Tuna pasta bake.. Snack- Crudities ane dips

Tue lunch - Pulled pork Chinese noodles. .. Snack-  potato and leek soup

Wed lunch - Beef bourgiuignon with mash potatoes. ..Snack - Cream cheese,  rice cakes and grapes

Thur lunch - Chicken and mushroom tagliatelle. .Snack - Ham, sultanas  and pineapple slices

Fri lunch - Irish stew ...Snack - lemon and blueberry sponge
