Monday:-       
Snack = Banana Porridge or Cereal
Lunch = Macaroni Cheese, peas and sweetcorn
               Fresh Fruit
Snack = Haggis, swede, carrot and mashed potato with an oatcake 
                    (to celebrate Robert Burns Day)
Tuesday:-      
Snack = Bagel or Cereal
Lunch = Beef Chilli with rice, mange tout and carrots
               Fresh Fruit
Snack = Homemade shortbread with fruit smoothie

Wednesday:-
Snack = Wholemeal bread with banana slices or Cereal
Lunch = Moroccan lamb with chickpeas, sweet potato wedges, green beans &
               cabbage
               Fresh Fruit
Snack = Wraps with a selection of fillings

Thursday:-    
Snack = Natural yogurt with berry coulis or Cereal
Lunch = Roast chicken, mashed potato, carrots, broccoli and gravy
               Fresh Fruit
Snack = Vegetable sticks, breadsticks and dips

Friday:-
Snack = Toast with jam or Cereal
Lunch = Salmon & Leek parcels with cauliflower and cheese sauce
               Fresh Fruit
Snack = Lentil soup & homemade bread

Lunch: Smoked salmon tagliatelle with parmeasan cheese, mange tout and green beans
            Fresh fruit
Pm snack; Selection of cold meats, olives and mixed salad leaves

Tuesday 19/1/2016
Am snack: Toasted bagel or cereal
Lunch: Beef mince with noodles, roasted mixed peppers and baby corn
            Fresh fruit
Pm snack: Selection of canapes (tuna, egg mayo, beef and chicken)

Wednesday 20/1/2016
Am snack: Apple and cinnamon porridge or Cereal
Lunch: Chicken with a mushroom sauce, baby herbed potatoes, peas and cabbage
            Fresh fruit
Am Snack: Beans on toast

Thursday 21/1/2016
Am snack: Fruit kebabs and natural yoghurt or Cereal
Lunch: Penne pasta with pork and spicy tomato and basil sauce, carrots and spinach

Pm snack: Homemade lentil soup and homemade bread

Lunch: Fishcakes, butternut mash with a fennel sauce, green beans and sweetcorn
