Lunch: Spaghetti with Lemon and Thyme Chicken
             Fresh Fruit
Pm snack: Homemade garlic bread with cheese, chutney and grapes

Tuesday 12/01/2016
Am snack: Natural yoghurt with mixed berries or Cereal
Lunch: Homemade fish fingers, dauphinoise potatoes, carrots and broccoli
              Fresh fruit
Pm snack: Fresh tomato soup with wholemeal bread

Wednesday 13/01/2016
Am snack: Pancake with blueberries or Cereal
Lunch: Beef and tomato curry, rice and naan bread
             Fresh Fruit
Pm snack: Fruit kebabs, yoghurt fruit dip and a digestive biscuit

Thursday 14/01/2016
Am snack: Boiled egg on a toasted muffin or Cereal
Lunch: Chinese pork noodles with red pepper and baby corn
             Fresh fruit
Pm snack: Homemade banana loaf and custard

Friday 15/01/2016
Am snack: Toast with jam or Cereal
Lunch: Sausages, mashed potato, beans and/or peas
             Fresh fruit
Pm snack: Crunchy vegetable sticks, breadsticks and dips (avocado, salsa and cream cheese and chive)
